Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain long term relationship with key customers
• Explore potential new business opportunities and various ways to reach target customers
• Increase market share with existing customers to achieve business target and sales lead generation programs
• Liaison with valued clients for potential marketing opportunities
• Provide full spectrum of high quality support to Marketing Department
• Build up sustainable and long term relationship through in-depth understanding of enterprise and corporate customer business and operation requirement

Job Requirements:

• A candidate with Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year of sales/marketing experience
• Passionate, pleasant, energetic, willing to learn
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Great attention to details, dedicated, responsible and able to work under pressure
• High proficiency in Chinese (both Cantonese & Putonghua) and English

Senior Accountant cum Company Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare group consolidation and management reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual, interim and quarterly reports
• Provide support on financial analysis, cash flow forecasting
• Hands-on experience on handling All-round company sec. document
• Liaise with external parties, such as auditor, lawyers and bankers
• Experience for the FRR report - daily / monthly
• Profit Tax Return and IRD enquiries
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing system

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Accounting / finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in accounting / auditing.
• Good consolidation experience is a must.
• Sound knowledge of and experience in both Hong Kong & PRC taxation and accounting.
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA or Company Secretary equivalent preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.
• Detail-minded, good time management skills and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, hands-on and self-motivated.
